"Taste Spring at Walkerhill" Walkerhill Presents Special Seasonal Ingredient Menus

At Walkerhill Myeongwol-gwan, ‘Hanwoo Chadol Galbitang’ will be available until May. Hanwoo Chadol Galbitang is a premium galbitang featuring Hanwoo beef rib soup served with Hanwoo beef brisket and five types of mushrooms including Neungi, Songi, Shiitake, Golden Enoki, and Man-dak. Hanwoo Chadol Galbitang can be enjoyed as a lunch special menu.
At the Korean restaurant Ondal, a ‘Spring Special’ lunch course promotion is underway. The table is filled with spring-scented dishes made with seasonal ingredients such as durup tempura, three-color jeon yuhwa, nutritious seasoned chive salad, and spring vegetable yukhoe bibimbap, as well as spicy webfoot octopus cold salad, chef’s special porridge, mackerel and bracken stew, and beef soup. Additionally, the meal includes a healthy juice appetizer and a dessert assortment featuring royal court confectionery, fruits, and traditional tea. Ondal’s spring special promotion runs on weekday lunches until the 29th of next month.
The Italian restaurant Delvino is offering a spring promotion called ‘Surf and Turf.’ This two-person menu consists of Caesar salad, paccheri pasta, premium T-bone steak (750g), grilled live lobster, and a special dessert.

The dinner course named after Nobusuke Tsurumi, a master of authentic kaiseki cuisine with 39 years of experience, the ‘Nobusuke Tsurumi Special Kaiseki,’ features seasonal sashimi, seasonal fish teriyaki, five types of special appetizers, clear rockfish soup, thinly sliced white fish sashimi, clam and beef shabu-shabu, grilled eel doban-yaki hot pot, sea bream rice pot, and dessert. Additionally, Moegi offers a ‘Glass Deco’ service for customers who order wine. When ordering wine, customers can use glass pens to create their own personalized wine glass to commemorate their special day at Moegi.
