Ediya Coffee Collaborates with 'Ton28 Coffee' to Launch 'Upcycling Goods'
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Ediya Coffee announced on the 21st that it is collaborating with the vegan beauty brand ‘Tone28’ to produce an upcycling coffee scrub body bar kit (KIT), aiming to raise consumer awareness of eco-friendliness and strengthen ESG management.
The coffee scrub body bar KIT consists of two coffee scrub body bars and one pure cotton soap pouch. The coffee scrub body bars are upcycled products containing coffee grounds collected from Ediya stores, made from naturally derived ingredients, and feature environmentally friendly packaging that is fully recyclable.
From today until the 20th of next month, Ediya Coffee will offer a total discount of 300 KRW to customers who use personal cups at Ediya Coffee stores nationwide, adding an additional 100 KRW discount to the existing 200 KRW discount. During this period, the top 2,000 customers who use personal cups the most will receive a natural coffee scrub body bar KIT containing Ediya coffee grounds. To participate in the event, customers must purchase a beverage using a personal cup, accumulate Ediya Members stamps, and apply for the event through a dedicated page within the Ediya Members app.
Funding for the coffee scrub body bar KIT will also be conducted through Naver Happybean. The price is 19,000 KRW per set, and all proceeds from the funding will be donated to the environmental foundation’s ‘Earth Trash Collection: Jigu Ssedam Campaign.’
