Shinsegae Inter Series, Art Group Timbota and Forest Exhibition
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] Shinsegae International's skincare brand Yeonjak announced on the 20th that it will hold the 'Timbota Special Exhibition' for six months in collaboration with the artist group Timbota and marketing specialist company Kisco.
The special exhibition, held at Seoul Forest Galleria Foret, was planned to target art consumers (Art+Consumer) who seek cultural satisfaction. Timbota is an artist group famous for installation art using nature as a theme, organizing popular exhibitions visited by about 400,000 visitors annually. Yeonjak judged that Timbota Group, which expresses inspiration from nature through art, is a suitable co-planner to create synergy with Yeonjak, which means 'a work of nature.'
This exhibition, themed around the forest in the city, was prepared so that visitors can experience the scent of flowers and plants, which are difficult to encounter in daily life, through their five senses. The concept is a journey to find the roots of emotions through plants, consisting of six exhibition halls: 'Room in the Forest,' where visitors can receive comfort from nature; 'Room of Beginning,' where one falls into the fantasy of emotions; 'Room of Roots,' enjoying infinite space; and a room reflecting on the unconscious self. At the souvenir shop, limited edition Yeonjak products produced to commemorate the exhibition are also available for purchase.
