With the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, many companies have been conducting non-face-to-face interviews such as video interviews and AI interviews, increasing the aspects job seekers need to prepare for, including voice, facial expressions, gestures, and posture.
Changwon City operates a VR non-face-to-face interview studio at the Changwon Youth Vision Center to help young people adapt to the changing recruitment interview methods and enhance their employment capabilities.
Wearing VR equipment in an independent booth and selecting the desired job category, a virtual interviewer asks actual job-specific questions from real companies and responds to answers and behaviors accordingly.
Based on the applicant’s responses, objective factors such as answer speed, eye contact, and voice pitch are analyzed, enabling practical practice and expert advice.
Youth aged 19 to 34 residing in Changwon and preparing for employment can apply through the Changwon Youth Vision Center website.
Inquiries about usage and other details can be made at the Changwon Youth Vision Center from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
