SK IE Technology CEO No Jae-seok Purchases 10,000 Shares of Company Stock on the Market
[Asia Economy Reporter Kwon Jae-hee] SK Innovation Technology (SKIET) announced on the 17th that President and CEO Noh Jae-seok purchased 10,000 shares of the company's stock on the open market.
The acquisition price was 107,626 KRW per share, with President Noh acquiring a total of 1,076,230,000 KRW worth of company shares.
Since SKIET's listing in May last year, its stock price rose to an intraday high of 249,000 KRW in July of the same year but has been on a downward trend since. On the 15th, the price fell to the initial public offering price of 105,000 KRW during intraday trading.
