Gwangju University and National Asia Culture Center Join Hands for Cultural Arts Development and Talent Nurturing
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju University (President Kim Hyukjong) announced on the 17th that it has signed a business agreement with the National Asia Culture Center to promote the development of Asian culture and arts and nurture talent, promising exchange and cooperation.
The signing ceremony held the day before was attended by Kim Hwangyong, Director of Planning at Gwangju University, Lee Kanghyun, Director of the National Asia Culture Center, as well as Han Gyumu, Director of Academic Affairs at Gwangju University, and Park Heunggyu, Head of Research and Investigation at the National Asia Culture Center, among other officials from both institutions.
The two institutions plan to actively engage in ▲ research on cultural knowledge and artistic content and information exchange ▲ development and operation of cooperative projects related to cultural knowledge and artistic content ▲ development and operation of human and material resources for the advancement of culture and arts ▲ nurturing talent for the National Asia Culture Center and regional cultural revitalization ▲ and other areas of exchange and cooperation necessary for mutual development.
Kim Hwangyong, Director of Planning, said, “Culture is synonymous with Gwangju, and Gwangju University is also accelerating its specialized education in culture and arts,” adding, “Through this agreement, we will mutually cooperate to develop excellent cultural content and educational programs and nurture talent.”
