Daewoo E&C and POSCO E&C will open the cyber model house for 'Anyang Station Prugio The Sharp' on the 18th and begin full-scale sales.

Located at 97-3, Anyang 1-dong, Manan-gu, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, this complex was built as part of the Jinhung Apartment housing reconstruction maintenance project. It consists of 21 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 37 floors above ground, with a total of 2,736 units, of which 687 units will be supplied for general sale.

The number of units by exclusive area is △41㎡ 155 units △59㎡ A~E 512 units △84㎡ A·B 18 units △99㎡ 2 units.

The average sale price per 3.3㎡ is 29.99 million KRW. The subscription schedule starts with special supply on March 28 (Monday), followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 29th (Tuesday), first priority for other areas on the 30th (Wednesday), and second priority subscription on the 31st (Thursday). Winners will be announced on April 6 (Wednesday), and the official contract period will be held for six days from April 21 (Thursday) to April 26 (Tuesday).

Anyang Station Prugio The Sharp is located on the boundary between Manan-gu and Dongan-gu in Anyang-si, allowing residents to enjoy a cross-living zone. Anyang Station on Subway Line 1 is located within 500 meters in a straight line. Using this line, it takes less than 40 minutes to reach Seoul Station, a transfer station for Subway Lines 1 and 4, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, and the Airport Railroad.

Geumjeong Station, located two stops away from the complex, is planned to have the GTX-C line, which will improve access to Gangnam once opened.
