A representative of Hero Loss Assessment stated, "Although the quality of compensation services among automobile insurers has been standardized at a higher level through industry efforts, relatively smaller mid-sized companies have faced difficulties in operating nationwide compensation organizations efficiently. We expect that through the launch of Hero Loss Assessment, each participating company will be able to provide more efficient and stable compensation services to customers."
