Starting from the 14th, NeoValue Official Website Opens Applications for New Employee Recruitment
From Real Estate Development and Architecture to Content, Branding, and Management in Specialized Real Estate Fields
[Asia Economy Reporter Kangwook Cho] Real estate developer NeoValue announced on the 14th that it will begin rolling recruitment for new employees in 2022.
The rolling recruitment for new employees covers a total of four sectors: △Real Estate Development △Architecture △Content & Branding △Management, recruiting talent across diverse fields from real estate to branding. Applicants can select their preferred sectors from first to fourth choice when filling out the application on the official website, and team placement within the sector will be determined upon hiring based on the application details.
NeoValue will accept applications through the official website starting from the 14th and plans to select final candidates through the following stages: △1st round document screening △2nd round peer interview △3rd round CEO and executive interview. Those who apply by March and are selected will be expected to join in early May, and additional recruitment for positions requiring further selection will be conducted on an ongoing basis. There are no restrictions on eligibility, and anyone interested in the sector they apply for can apply. Employees with 1 to 2 years of experience are also eligible to apply.
Upon passing the document screening, applicants will undergo an ‘AI competency test’ conducted remotely at their preferred time and place. Participation is possible via a link sent in advance by email or mobile phone, and the test is designed to assess basic competencies such as personality, concentration, and adaptability. It does not affect the hiring decision.
