[Asia Economy Reporter Yu Je-hoon] Hyundai Capital announced on the 11th that it is recruiting the '2022 1st Customer Panel' for the first time in the industry to gather customers' opinions.
The Hyundai Capital Customer Panel is responsible for presenting various opinions and ideas from the customer's perspective, and plans to engage in activities such as attending monthly meetings, submitting assignments, providing feedback on service usage, and proposing new ideas.
The Hyundai Capital Customer Panel targets customers who are currently using or plan to use the company's financial products in the future. In particular, customers who have experience using financial products from other financial companies and can perform comparative analysis will be given preferential treatment.
The customer panel activity period is from April to November, and participants will be given assignments monthly or bimonthly. Panel members receive a 300,000 KRW activity fee each time they complete an assignment, and additional activity fees are provided when participating in the Customer Panel Consumer Protection Committee. Especially, panels whose evaluations and proposed ideas are applied to actual products and services will receive additional incentive rewards.
