According to the Central Election Commission's election statistics system, as of 3:39 AM, with 99.96% of the votes counted, candidate Jeong recorded 56.92% of the vote, ranking first.

Jeong, a four-term incumbent who was elected in the 19th and 20th general elections in this district, secured the party nomination by defeating internal competitors.
