[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] The Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association is starting the recruitment of new applicants in March for the 'Female Head of Household Startup Fund Support Project,' which supports startups by women who are the primary earners supporting their families.
The Female Head of Household Startup Fund Support Project targets women who are heads of households supporting one or more family members and meet the income criteria for application. Selected female heads of households will receive support for store rental deposits up to 100 million KRW at a fixed interest rate of 2% for the first two years, with support available for up to six years.
Those who have already started a business can also apply if it has been less than one year since the business commencement date.

Applications must be submitted by registered mail or in person to the local Korea Women Entrepreneurs Association branch in the area of the business location (or planned location) by the 23rd.
