Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation to Train 60 IT Field Experts
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation is training 60 experts in the information technology (IT) field.
The Gyeonggi Job Foundation announced on the 6th that it will conduct IT vocational training courses in the first half of this year to support employment for unemployed and career-experienced women. The training is a 3-month course with a total of 60 participants.
The recruitment fields include ▲ SNS Promotion Marketing Expert (Intermediate) ▲ UX/UI (Mobile Web Page User Experience and User Interface) Design Portfolio Practical Project (Advanced) ▲ UX/UI App Design Portfolio using Figma (Design Software) (Advanced), among others.
Hong Chun-hee, Head of the Women's Capability Development Division at the Gyeonggi Job Foundation, explained, "The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation has contributed to improving employment capabilities to resolve job mismatches in the IT field for unemployed and career-experienced women," adding, "We are making multifaceted efforts to connect education completion to employment through field-oriented training."

Meanwhile, the foundation will also recruit trainees for additional courses related to the latest 4th industrial revolution, such as metaverse content production and data visualization courses, which will start next month.
