Hyundai Doosan Infracore announced on the 6th that it recently held the ‘2022 New Model 7 Series Launch Event’ twice via YouTube Live broadcasts.
Hyundai Doosan Infracore’s new model online launch event was first held in December 2020, marking the first time in the domestic construction machinery industry. Since then, it has received steady positive responses from domestic customers.
A total of about 5,500 people participated in this launch event as well. They checked the performance of the 7 Series, which Hyundai Doosan Infracore unveiled for the first time, and the 24-ton excavator with a fully electronic hydraulic power system, resolving their questions in real time through comments.
The newly revealed 7 Series applies an eco-friendly engine that meets the latest domestic emission regulations. It features significant expansions of customer-requested conveniences such as a smart key, an 8-inch touchscreen monitor, and four LED lamps to enhance night workability.
Through active online marketing, Hyundai Doosan Infracore has actively reflected customer feedback on equipment when launching new models, achieving record-high performance in the domestic market last year.
Hyundai Doosan Infracore has established virtual showrooms not only in the domestic market but also in overseas markets including Europe and emerging countries, providing key new product information in a 360-degree view in virtual spaces. They are enhancing digital customer experience by expanding customer inquiry and consultation functions.
A Hyundai Doosan Infracore official said, “Online channels are the fastest and most accurate window to understand customer demands,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen online marketing so that more customers can be introduced to new models that embody our technology.”

Meanwhile, Hyundai Construction Equipment, another affiliate of Hyundai Genuine, is also strengthening marketing through online channels. In June last year, it introduced the eco-friendly high-efficiency strategic model ‘A Series’ for the first time in Korea via a YouTube Live broadcast. In November of the same year, it held a global conference by inviting overseas dealers to a virtual reality space using a metaverse platform, the first in the global construction equipment industry.
