Yeonggwang-gun Operates Mobile Address Change Service

[Yeonggwang=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jeonseong] Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 4th that it visited the Wonbulgyo Yeongsan Meditation Center and conducted an on-site address transfer service as part of the 'Having My Hometown, My Workplace Address' campaign.

The on-site address transfer service is a policy to expand the population moving into the area by visiting local businesses, military units, schools, etc., and providing address transfer services on-site to workers who find it difficult to visit the eup/myeon office during working hours due to their busy schedules, while also informing them of the living benefits in Yeonggwang-gun.

The Wonbulgyo Yeongsan Meditation Center is a rest facility for retired Wonbulgyo ministers, currently housing 30 residents.

Yeonggwang-gun operated a one-day moving-in registration center within the meditation center, providing address transfer guidance and explaining the benefits of moving in to the residents, actively promoting address transfer to practice love for Yeonggwang.

A county official said, “We will operate the on-site address transfer service throughout the year to create an atmosphere of participation in increasing the population and actively promote it to induce actual residents to move in, thereby achieving a practical effect of population inflow.”
