Limited operation with up to 6 participants per session by program... Emphasis on personal quarantine rules compliance
Free for toddlers, elementary students, and families, first-come-first-served registration via Seoul Public Service Reservation
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Seoul Metropolitan Government's Hangang Project Headquarters announced on the 4th that it will operate 57 types of spring ecological programs at seven Hangang Ecological Parks, the urban ecosystem hubs, allowing people to directly observe the budding nature in spring.
The Hangang Park ecological programs are designed for toddlers, elementary students, and families, and are broadly categorized into nature observation and ecological crafts themes.
This spring, programs await participants to observe nature regaining vitality after the cold winter, such as frogs waking from hibernation and newly bloomed wildflowers.
The March ecological programs will be held at seven locations: Godeok Waterside Ecological Park, Amsa Ecological Park, Nanji Waterside Learning Center, Hangang Wild Exploration Center, Yeoui Saetgang Ecological Experience Center, Gangseo Wetland Ecological Park, and Nodeul Island Nodeul Forest, offering 57 different types of activities.
The ecological programs are diversely prepared according to the environment of each park, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the number of participants per session is limited to six or fewer. All programs are free to join, and full program information and participation applications are available through the Seoul Public Service Reservation website.
