Gyeongbuk Pohang-si Operates 30 Early Voting Stations for the 20th Presidential Election
Voting Available Nationwide from April 4 to 5
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Pohang City, Gyeongbuk, will install and operate 30 early voting stations in the region over two days, April 4 and 5, for the 20th presidential election.
Early voting can be done at any early voting station nationwide from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on April 4 and 5 by bringing an ID without any separate registration.
The city operates one early voting station per eup, myeon, and dong, and an additional station will be operated in Ocheon-eup, where the 1st Marine Division is located.
General voters, as well as COVID-19 confirmed patients and quarantined individuals, can participate in this early voting. However, confirmed and quarantined individuals can only vote on the second day, April 5, during the early voting period.
General voters will have their temperature checked in front of the polling station, and if they have a fever or respiratory symptoms, they will vote at a separate temporary polling station.
