Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongbuk, Provides Up to 1 Million KRW Support for Families with Three or More Children
Parents Residing Continuously for Over 3 Years
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yeo Jong-gu] Gyeongsan City in Gyeongbuk Province is implementing a support program for multi-child families with three or more children to alleviate the economic burden of child-rearing.
The support targets children who are registered as the third child or later on the resident registration, with either the father or mother having lived in the area for more than three years as of the application date. Children aged 7 to 15 will receive 500,000 KRW, and those aged 16 to 18 will receive 1,000,000 KRW.
The application period is until the 31st of this month, and applications can be submitted by visiting the nearest Eup, Myeon, or Dong administrative welfare center.
