According to the police on the 2nd, the side of Baek Yoon-sik's ex-lover, Mr. K, filed a complaint against Baek Yoon-sik at the Seoul Bangbae Police Station on the 28th of last month, accusing him of forgery of private documents and co-offense.
A police official stated, "The complaint has been received, but the investigation of the complainant has not yet taken place."
It is reported that Mr. K's complaint includes claims that after breaking up with Baek Yoon-sik, during the process of agreeing to withdraw a lawsuit, Baek Yoon-sik falsely drafted an agreement containing a non-disclosure clause without consent.
