[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunwoo Lee] Major US logistics companies UPS and FedEx have announced the temporary suspension of transportation services to these two countries, citing difficulties in ensuring delivery safety due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
According to major foreign media on the 27th (local time), the two companies stated in an online statement that they will temporarily suspend all transportation operations to and from Ukraine and international shipments to Russia. The two companies said they will continue to monitor the situation in Ukraine and plan to resume transportation as soon as safety is ensured.

German logistics company Deutsche Post DHL also stated in a press release that it will temporarily suspend cargo transportation to and from Ukraine and will not pass through Ukrainian airspace during transportation operations. However, DHL has not separately mentioned any changes to transportation operations related to Russia.
