Gyeonggi Women and Family Foundation Publishes Labor Director White Paper
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Gyeonggi-do Women and Family Foundation has published its second 'Labor Director White Paper.' This is the second publication following the one in 2020.
The labor director system is a system that recognizes workers as key players in management and grants them decision-making authority.
In this white paper, the Gyeonggi Women and Family Foundation systematically organized the progress of the labor director system in Gyeonggi-do and major internal issues of the foundation. It especially includes the operation of the labor director system, the establishment of the foundation's direction, and key decision-making processes.
The foundation explained that this white paper was produced to inform about the contribution of labor directors to labor-management coexistence and organizational development, and to raise interest and understanding of the labor director system among all members within the organization.

Roh Kyung-hye, labor director of the Gyeonggi Women’s Foundation, stated, "The labor director white paper was created to lay the groundwork for the establishment of the labor director system within the foundation and to enhance understanding and interest in the system, but it was also designed to be used as a reference for labor directors and board members of other public institutions in the province to understand the Gyeonggi-do labor director system."
