[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Daejeon Chamber of Commerce and Industry recently held a forum with the Daejeon Sejong Institute to address regional issues such as the designation of the Daejeon-Sejong Free Economic Zone and attracting the Space Agency to Daejeon, the chamber announced on the 21st. The forum was attended by Jeong Tae-hee, chairman of the Daejeon Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Jeong Jae-geun, director of the Daejeon Sejong Institute; Heo Tae-jeong, mayor of Daejeon; and Choi Jong-in, vice president of Hanbat National University, among other industry-academia-government officials. The event was organized to emphasize and propose the necessity of designating the Free Economic Zone and attracting the Space Agency to candidates in the 20th presidential election.
