On the 20th, TMON announced that it has opened the 'Now, Overseas Travel' promotion in collaboration with Modetour and released videos showcasing local scenes from 12 overseas destinations including Hawaii. Until the 28th, viewers who watch the travel destination videos and leave comments will be entered into a draw to receive a half-price discount on overseas travel products sold later.
Winners for each region including Hawaii, Saipan, Guam, Bangkok, Singapore, Sydney, and popular Vietnamese destinations such as Da Nang, Nha Trang, and Phu Quoc will receive a 50% discount coupon for their companions. For Dubai, a 50% discount coupon for the Burj Khalifa observation deck will be provided; for Turkey, a 50% discount coupon for the Istanbul premium night tour; and for Spain, a 200,000 KRW discount coupon for products in the respective region will be given.
The participation method is simple. Leave a comment in the product inquiry section of the product page containing the video of the desired travel destination, sharing reasons for wanting to visit or stories related to the region. One best comment per region will be selected, and winners will be announced in March.
Additionally, travel YouTubers’ vlogs capturing local scenes titled 'YouTuber Online Travel' videos can also be viewed in the TMON promotion. Viewers can enjoy vivid video content from Europe, the United States, and Japan. TMON plans to strengthen content such as co-planned products with YouTubers as overseas travel fully resumes.
Non-landing international sightseeing flight tickets will also be offered at special prices. On the 26th, Air Premia’s non-landing flight ticket departing from Incheon flying over Daegu-Busan-Tsushima will be available at a special price of 99,900 KRW.
