Air Force Lieutenant Colonel Found Dead During Military Police Investigation
[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Byung-don] A Republic of Korea Air Force lieutenant colonel, who was under investigation by the military police, was found dead near his residence.
On the 16th, the Yeongdeungpo Police Station in Seoul announced that around 6 p.m. on the 15th, Lieutenant Colonel Lee, a member of the Air Force Aviation Safety Unit, was found dead in front of an apartment in Yeongdeungpo-gu used as Air Force housing.
It is known that Lieutenant Colonel Lee had been under investigation by the military police.
The police handed over the case to the Air Force Investigation Unit that arrived at the scene.
