In a statement released that day, the Parcel Agency Union emphasized, "If the return to work is not achieved, the union will file individual criminal complaints and claim civil damages," adding, "We have no choice but to take extraordinary measures, including holding them accountable for breach of contract within the scope permitted by law."
In particular, the Parcel Agency Union warned that it will take contractual measures without leniency against union members participating in the strike without the right to dispute. The union stated, "We will take contractual measures without leniency against those illegally participating in the strike without the right to dispute."
Regarding measures for areas where parcel delivery is being disrupted, the union announced plans to strengthen services by adjusting delivery zones and directly requesting deliveries from CJ Logistics, the primary contractor.
