11st Strengthens Benefits for New Sellers... "6% Commission Applied Until Year-End"
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] 11st announced on the 16th that it has strengthened various benefits for new sellers who have increased since the COVID-19 pandemic.
First-time sellers only need to pay a sales commission of 6%, which is more than half cheaper across all categories until the end of the year after joining. In addition, they receive 200,000 points that can be used for advertising products, along with reward advertising points that refund 50% of paid advertising expenses.
11st also has support programs tailored to the growth stages of sellers. It created ‘Seller Zone,’ the first seller support center in the e-commerce industry, and communicates through vivid online ‘LIVE education’ and the YouTube channel ‘11st Seller Zone TV’ in line with the trends of the contactless era.
‘Seller Analytics’ (a big data-based statistics and analysis service), which is free for sellers who have joined, is used by about 20,000 people every month. The ‘Fast Settlement’ service, which helps sellers maintain smooth cash flow, will also continue to be supported.
Last year, the number of new sellers on 11st increased by more than 20% compared to the previous year, and transaction volume grew by 24%. The number of sellers with annual transaction volumes exceeding 100 million KRW reached about 411.
