On the 15th, SK Sugar Gliders announced that they held a business agreement ceremony at the office of the Gwangmyeong branch of the Gyeonggi Disabled Parents' Association. The two organizations signed a business agreement to improve sports and leisure culture for people with developmental disabilities, promote community development in Gwangmyeong City, and create a handball boom. The ceremony was attended by Kim Jeonghun, head of SK Sugar Gliders, and Park Mijeong, president of the Gwangmyeong branch of the Gyeonggi Disabled Parents' Association, among others.
Through the agreement, the two organizations agreed to establish and operate a supporter group for individuals with developmental disabilities called "Sugather." They committed to spreading a culture where people with developmental disabilities enjoy cheering for handball together with citizens. "Sugather" is a compound word combining "Su" from SK Sugar Gliders and "Gather" from the English word "together," meaning they are always together with SK Sugar Gliders.
