The campaign period will continue until March 8, the day before the election. Candidates prepare election posters and election bulletins and submit them to the Central Election Commission. The Commission then posts the election posters at designated locations and sends election bulletins to every household. Candidates, their spouses and direct relatives, as well as campaign managers and staff accompanying the candidates, are allowed to distribute the candidate's business cards. Additionally, banners can be posted within twice the number of towns, townships, and neighborhoods in the electoral district.
