The Gyeongnam Civil Complaint Call Center will be established by remodeling the second floor of the annex building of the Gyeongsangnam-do Archives in Uichang-gu, Changwon-si, and will serve as a professional consultation hub for overall provincial government affairs starting in May. Six counselors and 2 to 3 public officials will be stationed to handle civil complaints.
Departing from the existing consultation format that connects telephone complaints to responsible public officials, the center will provide customized telephone consultations to resolve residents' inquiries based on a professional consultation manual. Anyone can apply through the provincial government website until the 25th.
Submitted entries will be evaluated on locality, symbolism, creativity, friendliness, and ease of pronunciation, and three winning names will be selected.
