According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, more than half (50.2%) of the regions accepting subscription applications in the third week of this month are concentrated in the Seoul metropolitan area. Supply will also be made in various local areas such as Daegu, Gwangju, Sejong, and Gyeongbuk.
In Gyeonggi Province, on the 15th, Doosan Construction will accept first-priority subscription applications from the relevant area for ‘Doosan We’ve Gwangju Central Park’ supplied in Gwangju City, Gyeonggi. ‘Doosan We’ve Gwangju Central Park’ will be developed with 6 buildings ranging from 3 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 59 to 84㎡, totaling 693 households. The complex has easy access to Jangji IC and Taejeon JC via Hoean-daero.
On the same day in Chungbuk, first-priority subscription applications from the relevant area will be accepted for ‘Hanwha Forena Cheongju Maebong’ in Cheongju City, Chungbuk. It consists of 21 buildings from 2 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 74 to 104㎡, totaling 1,849 households.
