Healthcare Center (Affiliate Clinic) Operating within the Headquarters of LINA Life Insurance
View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] LINA Life Insurance announced on the 11th that it will operate a COVID-19 self-diagnosis testing room to respond to the spread of Omicron and the changing quarantine system.
LINA Life installed a COVID-19 self-diagnosis testing room at its headquarters in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and stocked self-test kits for use by employees, affiliated company employees, and outsourced personnel.
Self-test kits were also distributed to the TM (telemarketing) center at the headquarters as well as regional TM centers to be used when necessary.
The testing room was established in response to recent changes in the COVID-19 diagnosis and testing system.
Since only those who are not in high-risk groups and show positive results on rapid antigen tests or self-test kits can receive PCR tests, rapid self-testing is necessary to prevent confirmed cases and further transmission.
Therefore, employees can use the self-diagnosis testing room to confirm positive results if they exhibit suspected COVID-19 symptoms after arriving at work, have close contact cases, or if a colleague tests positive. If the test result is positive, the company plans to guide the necessary subsequent measures.
LINA Life explained that it operates a healthcare center (family medicine, internal medicine, otolaryngology, and Korean medicine clinic) at its headquarters for the healthy lives of employees and their families.
