[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Ji-woon] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun announced on the 8th that it will undertake a facility environment improvement project for beauty salons to enhance user convenience and service quality.
This project will first support 10 small-scale businesses wishing to improve their facilities due to aging of business premises and other facilities.
The county plans to accept application documents until the end of this month, conduct on-site inspections, and finalize the selection of support recipients next month through the review of the Hwasun-gun Sanitation Business Support Deliberation Committee.
Selected beauty salons will receive up to 3 million KRW (with 50% self-payment) for wallpapering, flooring, replacement of washbasins, restroom renovations, signage, and more.
However, those whose business owner's address is not in the county as of the announcement date (February 8, 2022), those not registered as business operators with the tax office, those who have received administrative sanctions such as business suspension or higher for violations of the Public Hygiene Management Act within the past year, or those who have been subject to such sanctions will be excluded.
Cases where consent from the building owner was not obtained or where facilities were improved after application but before selection as a support recipient will also be excluded.
Applicants wishing to apply can download the application form and other documents from the announcement posted on the county office website and submit them in person to the Hwasun-gun Tourism Promotion Division by the 28th of this month.
