Tiger Spirit, Rise Up! ...Jungnang-gu Mangu History and Culture Park New Year 'Tiger Photo Zone' Operation
Jungnang-gu Signs Agreement with 10 Local Medical Institutions to Designate Clinic-Level Home Treatment Management Medical Institutions
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) will operate a tiger photo zone to welcome the Year of the Tiger at the character mural wall in Mangwoo History and Culture Park until the end of April.
The photo zone was created to capture the image of a brave tiger leaping, so that residents exhausted from the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic can start a joyful and hopeful new year by taking pictures. LED lighting is installed, allowing use even at night.
Ryu Kyung-gi, Mayor of Jungnang-gu, said, “As we welcome the Year of the Tiger in 2022, I hope residents visiting Mangwoo History and Culture Park can take a moment to rest at the photo zone.”
Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) designated 10 local clinic-level medical institutions and held an agreement ceremony on the evening of the 27th of last month to designate home treatment management medical institutions.
Clinic-level home treatment is expected to be introduced from February 7. To alleviate the medical support overload caused by the rapid spread of the Omicron variant and the surge in confirmed cases, the district added 10 local clinic-level medical institutions to the existing three home treatment management medical institutions (Noksaek Hospital, Dongbu Jeil Hospital, Seoul Medical Center).
Starting with this agreement ceremony, the district expects that by involving medical staff from local primary medical institutions, it will be possible to strengthen medical services through close health monitoring of patients and ensure the substance of home treatment.
The clinic-level home treatment operation model in Jungnang-gu is a 24-hour on-duty system. Composed of clinics capable of 24-hour response, participating clinics will be responsible for health monitoring and non-face-to-face treatment during the day, while on-duty medical institutions will have medical staff stationed at night to provide 24-hour emergency response.
The clinic-level home treatment system is as follows: When Jungnang-gu Public Health Center sends patient information and epidemiological investigation forms to the Jungnang-gu Medical Association Home Treatment Operation Team, the operation team assigns a management hospital for each patient and re-informs the patient. Medical institutions monitor patients 24 hours a day and handle prescription and emergency response.
