On the 31st, the Ministry of Labor began a search and seizure of the on-site office and subcontractor offices at Sampyo Industry Yangju Plant in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, starting around 3:45 PM.
Earlier, at 10:08 AM on the 29th, at Sampyo Industry Yangju Plant in Eunhyeon-myeon, Yangju City, three workers were buried when soil collapsed while drilling holes for stone blasting.
