[Tomorrow's Weather] Most of the Country Below Freezing in the Morning
On Thursday the 27th, morning temperatures will remain below freezing in most parts of the country. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the lowest morning temperatures on the 27th are forecast to be between -12 and 2 degrees Celsius, with daytime highs ranging from 2 to 11 degrees Celsius. In the Gangwon inland and mountainous areas, where a cold wave advisory has been issued, morning temperatures will drop below -10 degrees Celsius.
With mostly cloudy skies nationwide, under the influence of easterly winds, light rain droplets less than 0.1 mm or snow less than 0.1 cm may fall along the northern Gangwon East Coast during the day. Ulleungdo and Dokdo are expected to receive 5 to 10 mm of rain from the afternoon through the following day.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Chungcheong region, Gwangju, Jeonbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, while other areas are expected to have 'moderate' levels.

Strong winds and high waves are expected in the offshore areas of the West Sea and south of Jeju Island. Wave heights will range from 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea and West Sea coastal waters, and from 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
