[Asia Economy (Daejeon) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] The Korea Forest Welfare Institute announced on the 26th that all employees gathered via video conference to hold an 'Innovation Townhall Workshop' and reaffirmed their commitment to practicing organizational culture innovation. During the workshop, the Forest Welfare Institute also declared the '6 Principles of Working like FoWI.' The 'FoWI 6 Principles' were established to promote behavioral change among members and internalize beliefs, aiming to enhance the innovation mindset of all employees and spread consensus on organizational culture innovation.
