According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low on the 22nd is forecast to be between -12 and 3 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high between 3 and 12 degrees Celsius. Temperature differences between day and night will exceed 15 degrees, especially inland, so caution is advised for health management.
Additionally, the central region will have mostly cloudy skies, becoming increasingly overcast from the afternoon. The southern region and Jeju Island are expected to be mostly cloudy. From night, raindrops or snowflakes may fall in the Chungnam area, Jeolla region, and Jeju Island.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in the Seoul metropolitan area, Chungcheong region, Jeonbuk, and Daegu, while other regions will experience levels ranging from 'good' to 'moderate.'
