SK Stoa to Advance Payment of 20 Billion KRW to Partners Ahead of Lunar New Year
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] SK Stoa announced on the 13th that it plans to advance the payment of approximately 20 billion KRW in delivery fees to its partner companies ahead of the Lunar New Year.
This measure aims to help partner companies, struggling due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, operate their businesses stably without concerns about cash flow. The scheduled payment date is the 25th, about a week earlier than the original payment date. SK Stoa expects that more than 1,000 small and medium-sized partner companies will benefit from this decision.
Since 2020, SK Stoa has advanced delivery payments during holiday seasons as part of its win-win efforts, considering the significant funds required before holidays.
Yoon Seok-am, CEO of SK Stoa, said, "As we face the third January amid COVID-19, coexistence, collaboration, and support with our partner companies are urgently needed. We hope SK Stoa’s activities will serve as a stepping stone to overcome these difficult times together. Going forward, SK Stoa will lead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management to achieve genuine co-growth partnerships with our partners."
