Teachers Preparing for the High School Credit System ... Studying Hard Even During Winter Break
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Gwiyeol] The Gyeongbuk Office of Education began a two-day teacher training session starting on the 11th to prepare for the implementation of the high school credit system in general high schools in 2025.
The training is conducted under the theme of "Career-Centered Curriculum and Understanding of Comprehensive Student Record Screening" to enhance curriculum literacy and strengthen career guidance capabilities.
This training focuses on 60 key teachers responsible for the high school credit system and career guidance at general high schools in the province, covering topics such as the 2023 college admission process, student record preparation and evaluation, and teaching and career guidance strategies in response to changes in the college admission system over two days.
The instructors include Kim Jaechun, Vice President of Educational Innovation at Yeungnam University, officials from the Ministry of Education, admissions officers, and teacher experts.
