LG Energy Solution, International Certification for Crisis Management Capability

This certification evaluates the comprehensive management capability to quickly restore core functions according to pre-established standards and trained actions when a crisis situation that makes business operations impossible occurs. The company expects to be recognized for its differentiated crisis response capabilities by various domestic and international stakeholders, including customers.

Last year, the company formed a temporary task force (TF) consisting of key business department members from environment safety, logistics, and production to assess crisis management capabilities and establish a systematic management system. Lee Bang-su, Chief Risk Officer (CRO), said, "As overseas production bases rapidly expand, we will focus our capabilities on establishing a globally standardized crisis management system."
