According to LH, after the briefing at the Pyeongtaek Business Headquarters, President Kim ordered thorough efforts to achieve housing supply targets, adhere to the project schedule for Godeok New Town, and ensure strict safety management at the sites.
In particular, he emphasized that with the enforcement of the Serious Accident Punishment Act at the end of this month, safety management at construction sites has become even more critical. He urged that the 'LH Safety and Health Management Guidelines' be fully understood and strictly followed on-site.
President Kim visited the Pyeongtaek-Anseong Residential Welfare Branch to commend the efforts of employees who directly interact with customers. He also stressed the importance of building a dense residential safety net through close cooperation with local governments and improving residents' quality of life through collaboration with NGOs and others.
He pointed out that improving the quality of rental housing must precede providing high-level residential welfare services. He called for securing quality through close cooperation between the headquarters and branches at every stage of the process, and if defects inevitably occur, efforts should be made to promptly repair them using systems such as the 'QR Code Move-in Quality Management System.'
Furthermore, to assist those who qualify but cannot reside in LH rental housing due to lack of information, he requested strengthening counseling services, supplying tailored demand-based housing, and promoting rental housing in an easy-to-understand manner to help resolve vacancies.
