Grand Hyatt Seoul Hotel Unveils '2022 Seollal Gift Sets'
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] The Grand Hyatt Seoul's 'The Deli' announced on the 7th that it will present the '2022 Seollal Gift Set' from the 8th to the 31st. In celebration of the Year of the Black Tiger, Im In-nyeon (壬寅年), this gift set is prepared in a gift box featuring a design that conveys the vigorous energy of the tiger.
The six types of 'Seollal Gift Sets' from 'The Deli' are composed of premium ingredients, wines, and homemade products carefully selected by the hotel's food and beverage experts. The 'Seasoned Meat Set' includes LA galbi and lamb chops that are trimmed and seasoned, ready to be grilled immediately. The 'World’s Three Delicacies and Wine Set' consists of the world's three delicacies?caviar, foie gras, truffle?and French wines. The 'Gourmet Wine Set' includes Faust red wine from Napa Valley, USA, along with homemade nougat, truffle vinegar, oil, and cream.
A 'Special Wine Set' featuring madeleines harmonized with Korean flavors such as dalgona is also available. The 'Sweet & Tea Gift Set' is composed of chestnut cake, nougat, madeleines, and a tea set, all made by the chefs of Grand Hyatt Seoul. The 'Seollal Gift Set' includes the traditional liquor 'Jaju,' a medicinal wine brewed with pepper and honey, a madeleine set, and Manuka honey honeycomb.
