The newly appointed Standing Director Jo was born in 1963, graduated from Gongju High School, and majored in German Language and Literature at Hongik University. At the Financial Services Commission, he served as a bank division officer, a public finance division officer, team leader of the administrative personnel division, and Financial Public Data Officer.
