The Public Relations Best Practice Merit Award is given to institutions that have actively promoted educational policy public relations activities during the COVID-19 situation and contributed to communication with the public.
The Gyeongnam Office of Education received the award for producing promotional content that reflects the characteristics and demands of new media viewers, thereby revitalizing the promotion of educational policies.
They enhanced understanding of educational policies by providing customized education news centered on the needs of the audience and expanded participatory content for education consumers.
They ensured no one was excluded from educational policies by producing braille magazines and inserting Voice Eye codes that convert text into audio, and were evaluated for continuously communicating with the media to inform residents about policies.
