The Housing and Urban Guarantee Corporation (HUG) announced on the 31st that Geoje City in Gyeongnam has been removed from the unsold housing management areas.
With Geoje City excluded on this day, only Gwangyang City in Jeonnam remains as an unsold housing management area.
As of the end of last month, the unsold houses in the unsold housing management areas totaled 1,222 units, accounting for about 8.7% of the nationwide total of 14,094 unsold houses.
