BTS Wins Japan Special International Music Award for Second Consecutive Year
The group BTS received the 'Special International Music Award' for the second consecutive year at the 63rd Japan Record Awards, a Japanese music awards ceremony. BTS was the inaugural recipient of the newly established 'Special International Music Award' last year. On the 30th, at the 63rd Japan Record Awards broadcast live on Japan's TBS, BTS received the 'Special International Music Award' and shared their acceptance speech via video, saying, "We are grateful to receive this precious award again following last year.
