Head of Gaegukbon Referred to Prosecutors on Charges of Violating the Donation Act

According to the Judicial Examination Preparation Students' Association (Sajunmo) on the 29th, the Mapo Police Station in Seoul transferred Lee Jong-won, the representative of Gaegukbon, to the prosecution on the 21st on charges of violating the Act on the Solicitation and Use of Donations.
Earlier, in February of last year, Sajunmo filed a complaint with the prosecution against Representative Lee and Democratic Party lawmaker Kim Nam-guk for violating the Act on the Solicitation and Use of Donations and fraud. In April of the same year, the Mapo Police Station was assigned the case.
