[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-ho Kim] Woori Financial Group announced on the 27th that it conducted the capability enhancement program 'Di-Up' to support the management of companies affiliated with the startup collaboration program 'Dino Lab.'
Di-Up was carried out as one-on-one customized consulting with experts in investment, human resources, taxation, and finance, which are essential in the growth process of startup companies.
Twelve Dino Lab companies selected this year participated. After preliminary inquiries, close consulting was conducted with experts in small and medium business consulting at Woori Bank for each company. In this consulting, many questions and consultations related to employee personnel were made due to the labor shortage issues emerging in the startup market.
