‘Woori Fan Reporter’ is a customer panel system operated by Woori Bank since last year to strengthen financial consumer protection and facilitate communication with customers.
The 2nd term of ‘Woori Fan Reporter,’ selected in May, engaged in active online communication with Woori Bank’s product development staff through three non-face-to-face meetings. They proposed innovative ideas regarding Woori Bank’s representative non-face-to-face sales channels such as Woori WON Banking, WON Concierge, and MyData services. Subsequently, over 30 improvement tasks were adopted, including enhancements to the main screen for better accessibility for elderly users and improvements to the membership registration process in Woori WON Banking.
Additionally, on the 3rd, outstanding panel members directly participated in a non-face-to-face video conference at the ‘Financial Consumer Protection Internal Control Committee’ meeting, sharing and discussing the proposal activities and achievements of the 2nd term of ‘Woori Fan Reporter’ with executives including Woori Bank President Kwon Kwang-seok.
