Mayor Park said, "Most of the recent confirmed cases have been infections through contact among family members or acquaintances, and the number of confirmed cases continues to increase in daily life settings such as schools, workplaces, and homes."
He added, "I ask that you refrain from going out and private gatherings as much as possible during this weekend and the year-end and New Year holidays. If you have symptoms, please get tested for COVID-19 immediately, and I also urge you to actively participate in the third vaccination."
